In the Japanese PC-88 port of Ultima 3: Exodus by Pony Canyon, if you try to Talk/Transact (T key) to an enemy monster, they literally say "FUCK YOU!!" in English. Hilarious, and apparently nobody has discovered or posted about this before online in English or Japanese

#RandomGameSaturday I picked up Darius Extra on Genesis during a recent sale. Originally ported by M2 as a bonus for the Sega Genesis Mini, it recieved a cartridge release in 2021 from Strictly Limited Games. I'm bad at it but enjoying it so far!

Today's not-so- #RandomGameSaturday is Castlevania 3: Dracula's Curse on the NES, which I picked because it's technically getting a sequel this year in the form of Belmont's Curse. It was a prequel to the first two games, featuring Simon's ancestor Trevor Belmont. Also Alucard is there too.

last minute #RandomGameSaturday. I kinda wanted to flex this copy of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night I bought from a friend. It's the perfect thing for me to start playing after I beat Hollow Knight, and this time I want to actually play it all the way through.

ohh uhh #RandomGameSaturday it's King's Field (1994) I'm playing it English patches in an emulator. I'd take a picture of my real physical copy that I definitely actually own and legally ripped the CD image from but I... misplaced it or something.

there's a puzzle in Big Walk where you just have to wait in a room for 5 minutes and I think it's been my favorite puzzle so far. me and my friends played a charades like game where we mimed things with the ingame gestures and had the others guess what we were doing

it's also weird to me because the appeal has always been a mixture of "wow this is cool" and "some madman did it" now the cool factor is heavily diminished because there are so many of these now, and it's not like there's any real technical skill behind any of them
