Starting a media thread, but instead of it being stuff I played or watched, it's memes I find either on my phone or online to cleanse your timeline.

Glad to see staff is so considerate to newer gamers in advance of the OoT remake. Not everyone has played through the game before, it's a lot harder to spoil the later temples when bluesky is blocking adult Links.

Every gothic horror:

Really sad to hear the closure of BioWare. I loved the Mass Effect trilogy and Andromeda, so I was looking forward to seeing what the next chapter was going to be. Hopefully everyone involved is able to find a new place to call home in these trying times.

I do this too.

In Super Mario Galaxy, the Major Burrows boss was not tested very well in 2-player mode. If the P2 cursor is used to make the player jump too high, his position will desync from the ground and he will float angrily and unmovingly through the air.

Replaying just the tutorial battle has me wanting the full version to be released now. Completely ignoring the fact that I have the PS5 version and could just go play that.

And if you can’t get to the polls on Election Day, here’s a resource on mail-in voting and early voting in your state: www.vote.org/early-voting...

“The system is broken, so I refuse to participate.” Unfortunately, this is how our broken system works, so doing nothing with your vote is like saying you’re OK with things staying the way they are now. If you’re registered, there’s no reason you shouldn’t vote.

“But I don’t like either of the candidates.” Then you gotta go with the “lesser of two evils,” because progress isn’t a straight line and it definitely doesn’t happen overnight.

I don’t care what the polls are saying one way or another, just VOTE, OK? “But it’s a shoe-in. There’s no way ____ loses.” Not until those ballots are counted! Vote anyway.
