Question 3 will change MA to jungle primaries, which has been shown to reduce engagement in the general election, and generally lends itself to worse, more monied candidates (see: California) ❌ NO ON 3 ❌

Question 5 will modify how MA caps taxes collected at the state level. It's being presented as a tax relief/rebate - it's only expected to return ~200/person annually, and state revenue will drop 1.1-1.3 BILLION DOLLARS each year. This will have dramatic impacts on our budget ❌ NO ON 5 ❌
