Three little kids and a teacher were shot and killed at their school today in Bend, Oregon. Two more were injured. Our hearts are broken and we’re angry. It’s disgraceful that extremists keep blocking critical, lifesaving laws while kids die in their classrooms. America can do better. It must.

Before Citizens United, the top 15 political contributors spent just $15 million on the midterm election. Now, the top 15 have spent $962 MILLION. That's up 6,400%. THIS is why our system is so rigged. We really, really have to end Citizens United and tax the rich.

Talarico wants data centers to pay for their own grid upgrades, recycle their water, create real jobs, & get a community's consent before moving in. Paxton took nearly $500,000 from the industry. Texans want a senator who fights for them. That's why we will have a #BlueWaveIn40Days

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.

He’s taking on the role of Talarico’s deputy policy director. Cross-party hires are rare. It could show Talarico is hoping to reach out to Republicans in Texas.
