ICE is leasing 42,000 square feet of warehouse space in Newburgh, NY. Newly released contracting records reveal ICE committed $35.5 million to lease the site at 800 Corporate Blvd for the next 15 years. The facility is owned by NRDP, with Houston-based Leverage Enterprise Inc. managing the contract.

Members of Congress were recently denied access to immigrants detained at Delaney Hall during an oversight visit despite being previously allowed to speak with them.
