Interestingly, Lavoisier proposed that heat is a fluid that flows from hot to cold. Thus, the caloric theory is reminiscent of the phlogiston theory. It is another example of a fruitful yet outdated concept.

🧪 Wow! What a preparation!!! The ramp had to be placed at the right position, the camera position had to be such that the curvature of the ramp matched the radius of the sun. The location had to be chosen such that the eclipse happened when the sun touched the horizon. They had only one attempt. 🤯
