Pittsburgher, Penn Stater, Reese and Piper's Dad. I will hopefully do less whining about the Pens, Steelers, and Arsenal than I did at the old place. But there will be SOME whining, oh yes.

Hey Steeler Nation, we’re gonna play in Paris, the fashion center of the universe! And to honor that we’re gonna wear our color rush pants like a mismatched pair of pajamas!

Vivek Ramaswamy seeks to take political advantage of the fact that his opponent was raped as a child. But to his credit, unlike many other Republican politicians, he was not personally the rapist in question.

JD - I've got 15 free minutes before my son's hockey practice ends, so let me see how many of Trump's enrichment schemes you didn't see that I can remind you of. 1/ First one is easy: Trump has executed over 30,000 stock trades, many on inside information, netting him millions.

This game should be over. It's not, and it is solely Mike McCarthy's fault. What you do in that situation is obvious. It's simple enough for a child to understand. But it eluded Mike McCarthy's grasp. Incredible.

This is gross incompetence, you've been running the ball well, their QB is struggling. You run, run, run. Either you score the TD, or you kick the FG and then kick off and they need to go 60 yards in 35 seconds with no time outs.

Uh, I don't see a reason why Will Howard shouldn't be in on the next series. Steelers need SOMETHING, and Rodgers clearly has NOTHING to offer right now. #HereWeGo

As a Steeler fan I find myself watching Jalon Daniels and wondering why we couldn't find a seventh-rounder to use on him. And wondering if Drew Allar could possibly better than this version of Aaron Rodgers. #HereWeGo

Just saw a late showing of "You Can See Everything" and, uh. holy crap. It defies categorization. Cannot recommend it highly enough, it is WAY more batshit crazy than I expected, and I expected it to be nuts. Avoid all the spoilers you can and see it with as little foreknowledge as possible.

They show you a lion, a bear, a giraffe, and a snake and they say, "You just had lunch with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., do you remember which one he ate?"

Trump: "It's called a coganative [sic] test. It's a very standard test, but very tough. There are few people in this audience that can -- once you get past the first question. They show you a lion, a bear, a giraffe, and a snake and they say, 'Which one is the lion?' Biden was unable to answer that"

“Acrisure Stadium has the worst field in the NFL. It’s an F-minus.” “How do we fix it??” “I know! Let’s have Pitt play a home game the day before a Steeler home game for the first three weeks of the season!” “Brilliant!” #HereWeGo

Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit treating Deshaun Watson like any other QB, and nary a mention of two dozen sexual assault allegations as part of an already disgusting “redemption” arc they’ve spent all night trying to weave is really gross.

With everyone posting their NYT Top 10 TV shows of the century I figured I'd join the masses. I didn't include the shows EVERYONE listed (Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Wire, GoT, etc) and went with ten fantastic shows that everyone should watch because they spark joy.

That was #Arsenal being quite bad and Brighton being excellent. We looked jaded and exhausted, which is odd so early in the season, and Brighton were indeed bright, in all facets. A splash of ice cold water, and will hopefully have that effect.

You may recall the case where Lynne Freeman sued Tracy Wolff for writing a YA set in Alaska where the male lead was hot and broody, just like in Freeman's book. This litigation went on for three years before a judge finally read both books and said there was zero infringement.

So do you all remember Lynne Freeman who sued Tracy Wolff because Freeman wrote a YA paranormal set in Alaska where the hero was hot and the heroine only learned about her paranormal heritage as a teenager, and so did Tracy?
