For dinner, made sockeye salmon over an eggplant, tomato and calabrian pepper compote. Some basil and lemon over the top. It was pretty good, but definitely not amazing. I think maybe adding olives or capers or anchovies would have improved it, and maybe something crunchy for texture. #foodsky 🍽️

The other day, a guy working at the local wine shop gave me some of his home-grown peppers. They were good and I appreciated it. Tonight I gave him some home-grown potatoes. Sometimes it's like Little House in these Twin Cities with 4 million people.

I have made some pretty good dishes with firm/extra firm tofu. I am not sure I have ever made anything with soft tofu that I have been totally happy with. Made a thai curry with it tonight and it was fine but not great. Any ideas for great dishes that use soft tofu as a main ingredient #foodsky ?
