Honestly the odds of Smith going up and catching a bad Sayin pass in triple coverage was about as high as the odds of Sayin successfully throwing the ball to a wide open guy

Indiana quadrupled-teamed Jeremiah Smith, leaving Bo Jackson open for the TD.

Ok but why does this look like a fish?

So much work by my colleagues went into this. (To be clear I did absolutely none of that work, but saying "so much work by my colleagues went into this" is an old trick that makes people think you must have been really helpful. Keep that one in mind for when you need it)

When the thing first went down between LSU and the SEC, I asked the question: how soon will a team file a lawsuit to determine the outcome of a game? I was half joking, but we’re already feeling awfully close, aren’t we?

But most importantly, we should continue to believe everything they say.

Headline: Football targeting penalties no longer carry over into the first half of the next game. The bigger story: The proposal to cover legs didn't pass. The football short-shorts may live on! www.nytimes.com/athletic/713...

It’s so dumb that there are all these competitions before the opening ceremonies. When I become president of the IOC, games will all be between the opening and closing ceremonies. I will be running on the campaign theme: “Make the Olympics long enough.”

Anyone want to guess how she opens the meeting? My money is on: “The president’s poll numbers are hurting. That’s bad for America.”
