Democrats are trying to pass bills in the House and Senate to fund every part of DHS except ICE. Republicans are blocking those bills, forcing TSA agents to go without pay and causing massive disruptions at our airports.

"If the government may simply seize *someone* without due process, there is no check on its ability to seize *anyone*." Perhaps the most fundamental check against tyranny. And it is gravely threatened.

Unmarked car, no lights or police insignia. Masked armed men leap out. Victim not in the act of committing any crime. This is not how a serious federal law enforcement agency acts in a free society. How is this not supposed to be a “right wing paramilitary force loyal to the regime”?

Voting NO on the DHS funding bill is the bare minimum. Backing Kristi Noem’s impeachment is the bare minimum. Holding law-breaking ICE agents legally accountable is the bare minimum. ICE is beyond reform. Abolish it.

Kevin Patullo is an easy target, IMO. He isn’t bringing anything to the offense, but… - Ultimately, it’s Nick’s offense. - Nick is directing big-picture in-game strategy (ie. give-up plays, etc.) - Nick hired him. That’s where frustration should be directed.

Eagles waste a possession at the end of the first half by essentially taking a knee with 17 seconds and 2 timeouts, and then have the first drive of the second half get ruined by a mental error. They have failed to step on throats with nice leads this season.

I get maybe if the Cowboys had missed a 64-yard field goal, the Eagles could have had time to get in position to kick one. But the chance of that wasn't worth stopping the clock for the Cowboys by using the timeout.
