Ice can’t make traffic stops. They aren’t the police.

This is a routine traffic stop of a non-violent person. Not a gang member or terrorist. The use of force is not appropriate. ICE is a poorly trained gestapo.

Well, if they were actually running a targeted operation then they could have gone to his job or his house at any time since they knew the "target". They didn't have to stop him in the road. I'm thinking some ice guy was hoping to meet his quota and get his bonus one way or another.
