Guys, I’m going through a kimchi phase. Because I hyper focus on anything I like even a little, it’s a pretty consuming cooking situation in the Grieco kitchen. I make a ton of typical Korean foods with it, plus have added in some delicious nonsense like kimchi hash browns. Any recipe recs?
