You look at that thumb with legs and tell me that God and genetics and life haven’t all been punching down on her already. And then I will tell you that we can always do better at punching down on her 🤣

because they know this is not the case to do it on they are waiting for a better case to overturn several experts have pointed this out months ago they will do it before 2028 and there won't be "grandfathered" marriages so rushing to get married is pointless unless you know you want that

Many can breathe easier today. But it should never have gotten to this point. The fact that some bitter, bigoted, backwoods bimbo with loose hair and even looser morals felt so compelled to attempt to deny the rights of anyone is disgusting. I’ll Celebrate, Though. Begrudgingly. A Win is a Win.

Several people on the court currently were those who dissented in the 2015 case. Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Barrett are the wild cards who were not on the court at the time to have been on that ruling, as far as the conservative justices.

Glad they did the right thing but timing is supect. Trying to appease the natives to keep them from becoming more than restless? Yeah, I'm feeling extra pissy and pessimistic today. Sandwich trick: one good thing, one BAD thing, one good thing. end shut-down, lose health care, keep marriage rights.

Maybe. But to be honest, I’ve lived a life time of observing homophobia heaped on gay men as well, and I am not about to just toss that on the fire when they literally talk about killing us still. Overturning Roe was wrong and I refuse to separate the issues when they are BOTH bodily autonomy.

I guess they could only find 2 votes for it, Alito and Thomas, and they didn't want to dissent and look like the sociopathic idiots they are. Plus many of their sugar daddies, such as Peter Thiel are part of the brain broken gay cabal.

They won’t! It’s just temporary because they saw what happened in these last elections and they don’t want to risk all of the Republicans losing their mid-term elections. If MAGA Repub’s win the mid-terms, another challenge will find its way to the MAGA SCOTUS to rule on. Just watch and see.🧐

Until the next session of the Supreme Court you mean. Roe was the law of the land unitl it wasn't, if we dont codify it into the constitution it can dissappear quickly.

Merciful reprieve. #StopThisInsanity #IndictTeamFelon47 #DissolveGOP&College #PrimaryEverySingleSeat #FindBetterRepresentation #RichestCountrySolveYourPoverty #UniversalHealthcareIsCheaper #TaxTheRich #VoteResponsibly #LiveUpToYourClaims #ShitholeRightNow

Happy to see this, but I believe it was simply strategy- an absurd case to refuse for the sake of appearance, while refusing the most basic human right- the absolute right to self-define. And Citizens United continues full throttle…

To be realistic, this case never would have overturned Obergefell. It just doesn’t have anywhere to anchor that kind of sweeping decision. At best, they would have carved out a religious exemption for public employees. Chipping away, yes, but no major change.

You know half of this court is jizzing itself over the opportunity to kill OvH, but this Appalachian whackadoodle is too crazy even for MAGA. Seriously, she could be the real person that Kathy Bates' character in Misery was based on.

GOOD. THE WORST SUPREME COURT IN HISTORY ALLOWING TRUMP TO RUIN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. PLUS RUIN THE REPUTATION OF THE COURT AND MAKE THEIR NAME A JOKE. THE SUPREME COURT HAS BECOME THE TRUMP COURT, YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR AMERICANS. IMPEACH THOMAS, KAVANAUGH, ALITO, GORSUCH, BARRETT AND ROBERTS.

This is such a wonderful branding mistake for University of North Texas and I LOVE it. Only note? They should have painted the handle green too lol

For now 🫤 They'll come after it a different way with a different argument that will be more palatable to the supreme Court to kick the issue down to the lower courts and make it a states right issue
