Yeah, it needs to be an era based thing for sure. PA already has two different categories (classic and antique) and depending on when in the generation that Saturn was made it could qualify for both

In PA there literally is (classics don't need emissions checks, antiques don't need emissions or inspections) but I meant emotional value
