REPORTER: Yesterday you said you were not sure who ordered the munitions ordered to Ukraine. Have you figured it out? TRUMP: I haven't though about it REPORTER: What does it say that such a decision could be made without you knowing? TRUMP: I would know. If a decision was made I will know.

Trump has been using this deflection technique in his 2nd term: He doesn't know. He will find out. He hasn't thought about it. He still doesn't know, but he's still in charge. He suggests you ask the admin in charge of the problem. He never gets challenged by the press who just accept never knowing

So it wasn't a decision, it just happened like magic, poof, no more munitions.... follow up question: who practices the dark arts in the admin? seems like Trump doesn't do much thinking most days.

That would require a reporter to actually be listening. And thinking. They're there for the sound bytes (that's all they need to produce to keep their jobs). And to hang out with the powerful (Americans worship celebrity). Period.

Question- haven’t thought about it, or don’t remember that it happened? There’s a difference & the second part of your answer, would lead this RN to believe that you don’t remember the fact that it has already actually happened, by your Secretary of Defense; he decided independently, now you know.

False premise: In the eyes of his supporters, his depraved indifference is one of his chief qualifications. They want a man in charge who is unable and unwilling to make thoughtful decisions or take responsibility for anything because that's the man they all aspire to be.

Oh, he lives for the constant spotlight, but they keeping asking him a question that requires an actual thought🤣 someone should probably tell him that he should do his homework before opening his mouth. The presidency is a management position, not a royal throne;

I worked with a person who would lie to my face and, when questioned, would totally contradict the first lie with a second lie - all the while looking me straight in the eye as if nothing was out of the norm. I hated that person. The arrogance and disrespect were mind boggling.

1. A decision was made and you state that you don't know who made it. 2. Yes, I haven't thought about it. 3. What does it say that such a decision could be made without you knowing? 4. I would know. If a decision was made, I would know. But but but... HUNH??

I am willing to bet the farm that he will divert those munitions to Russia in some ruse. Someone needs to check & see if the Ukraine really receives the munitions. Hegseth did what Trump told him go do—and he is willing to take the blame.

They prop up his body in public places to satisfy his followers, & hope he doesn't say too much. They know although a whole raft of incompetents & dangerous sociopaths are running things, none of them has the blind loyalty of his cult. Everyone's fingers are crossed that he doesn't launch a nuke.

Finally someone asking the question. “Why don’t you know?” should be the default response any time this dipshit tries to hide behind “I don’t know”

What’s more stupid than an absolutely stupid idiot cosplaying as president? Whatever that is, that’s the guy currently inhabiting the White House.

Man he looks like shit, and it’s probably due to the stress of not being able to shake the Epstein debacle. Hopefully him and the angel of death meander the halls of the White House together at 3am admiring the ketchup stains and gold leaf on the walls.

Death ☠️ is approaching Trump. Maybe 🤔 not as quickly as some of us would prefer, but Death ☠️ IS on its way. And Trump KNOWS IT. We ALL pay 💰 for our own behavior—whether it is good 👍 or bad 👎. And Trump FEARS 😱😳😥 redemption for his sins. Hence his levels of anxiety 😥 and panic 😱.

Scattershot answers to a single question at different times only confirms that this person's reality is so tenuous that he can accommodate multiple prevarications in four dimensions, while only being able to operate moment-to-moment in barely two. Imagine that, to him, it all makes perfect sense.

Low IQ MORON Trump: "I don't know who ordered munitions to be withheld from Ukraine. But I would know who ordered it if someone ordered it, which they did, but I don't know." If Trump was a horse, he would have been put down (shot dead) many years ago.

Donald Trump has no idea that his totally unqualified for the job, woman abusing, alleged rapist, former third string Fox News host, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth without Trump's authority halted shipments of military equipment to Ukraine! More evidence that Trump belongs a nursing home!

Trump is being left out of major decision-making, for instance, take a look at what Hegseth did last week by pausing supplies to Ukraine all on his own. Trump had no idea this was done at least he said so on camera look it up. I'm not lying.

Trump, always masterful at slipping the question. He's done this all his life. Deny, shift focus, attack the questioner, "we're looking into it" – Trump has a quiver of strategies to deploy to avoid looking stupid, and to pretend he's in control.

It's frustrating that WH journalists don't coordinate their questions more, eg following up on each others questions when he gives evasive non-answers like this. A deputy WH press secretary made a public statement about it, yet Trump is spinning like i didn't happen at all.

I make the decisions. But if someone else made the decision, I would be the first to know. Except in this case, where I don’t know. But I will know. But I haven’t thought about it.

Yes but he didn't follow up by pointing out the contradiction Trump just made. I know Trump lies out of one lie right into another & you get nowhere by asking him questions still I wish they would call him out on his lies & contradictions.

No clue. That’s his pat answer when asked these questions because he REALLY doesn’t know. It’s miller and vought. Trump is the grifting, golfing figure head with dementia.

“I would know. If a decision was made I will know.” Is he saying that if a decision was made in the past then he will eventually know about it in the future? Like when reporters ask him about it, then he’ll know? Or is he describing a time loop of stupidity?
