Until he actually does it, no one has standing to file suit to stop it. He is waiting on purpose. I say "he" knowing he has no clue (via Miller). Also, there is nothing in our constituion that provides for the cancellation of elections, but the constituion was also supposed to prevent all of this.

For once, Trump is telling a partial truth. 17 presidents have invoked the Insurrection Act, but none caused the unrest in the first place. Trump’s masked gestapo caused any unrest and he can stop it simply by ordering his goons to obey the law. No troops needed.
