It’s like then-gov Reagan discovered gun control real quick after certain people started to openly carry guns in California…

Another MAGA idiot living in their alternate reality bubble. Fuck these people. They need to drag their backwards asses out of the 13th century and wake up to the 21st century world.

The reason why I am not a big proponent of the Second Amendment is because I have three children and a beautiful wife. I do not have any guns in my house because I understand a gun is far more likely to kill someone in the house than defend anyone.

What about the school full of Iranian children you guys just bombed and ended their lives. Are they the "bad guys" we need protecting from? 😡

And now that tyranny has arrived, where is he? He should watch Steve Hartman's "Empty Rooms" about school children killed in school shootings and their empty bedrooms. Heartbreaking.

As a liberal gun owner and (yes I own an AR ) when did they become the status symbol? They are really a piece of shit as far as firearms go. They are nothing more than a high-powered .22 caliber firearm. If things got crazy that would be the last thing I'd reach for in the gun safe.

He is trailing pretty far behind Cornyn and Paxton so he is just throwing all sorts of shit at the wall to see if something will stick before Tuesday. I really can't decide out of the three of them who is the most pathetic.

That AR is almost 50 times more likely to hurt those babies than it is to protect them. And that's only if you are a trained professional, if you aren't, the odds are much worse.

They are constantly trying to outpace each other’s extreme comments. They might get applause from the people in the audience, and they might think they sound tough. It just convinces me, they can’t make a realistic threat assessment.

Because MAGA is a cult of personality. They’ve effectively tied policy to their identity. I had a coworker say “how can anyone be a Democrat and own a diesel truck?” Meanwhile, they’ll complain about gas prices when a Dem is in office, but poof issue gone when it’s a Republican in office.
