We should also re-define what constitutes a "competitive U.S. House district". So-called "fly over states" are being ignored. Take a look at the huge turnout for Pete Buttigieg in Tulsa, OK. Love that Pete was inspired to say that Oklahoma is not a "fly over state". Oklahoma was blue for many years.
