Struggling to understand how you would operate a healthcare fraud. Do healthy people go to hospital and have procedures they don’t need paid for by the insurance companies? Or do insurance companies take premiums and then deny your claim simply because they don’t want to pay for it.

Almost ALL of the fraud is on the part of the service providers - the hosipitals and doctors who over charge or charge for services not received. It is very rare than an individual recipient has anything to do with said fraud. And Somaian immigrants are NOT to blame either. F*** these jerks.
