The federal gvt is immune from suit except as authorized by the Federal Tort Claims Act. FTCA requires an administrative claim to be submitted within 6 mos of the alleged wrongdoing. If denied, then must sue within 2 yrs. Far too late for any new J6 lawsuits, unless Congress makes some exception.
