He was on his hands and knees being hit repeatedly in the face when an agent standing behind him pulled out a gun and fired upon him point blank. New footage shows this clearly at the 1:00 mark.

Can’t imagine the trauma for those who saw it firsthand. The woman filming showed courage, I think I would’ve run. As a Canadian, I love my American neighbors and wish I knew how to help.

The victim had a gun in his waistband, toward the back. He had a permit to carry it. He was observing when they attacked him for standing there. He never touched the gun. He was on the ground, disarmed, when they shot him. The guy who removed the gun runs away with it obviously fearful-of his own

You've made some incorrect assumptions. Lethal injection can only occur if found guilty in a court of law for the crime of first degree murder. They should be tried convicted and sentenced to death...by lethal injection.
