To be clear, this is exactly what organizations like the NRA say the 2nd amendment is for. The long-standing conservative argument for it has been to physically and violently resist government overreach exactly like this. They won’t do that because ICE targets the people they hate, tbh.

The current ICE “enforcement”/arrest/detention actions in cities are not border searches, and are most certainly governed by the Fourth Amendment. The fact that ICE is acting as if this were not so is not due to any ruling by the Supreme Court.

Not just ICE, the entire Department of homeland security needs to be dismantled.

The same is true for DHS. It should be dismantled and the Earth under it salted as well.

The entire DHS was intended to be a fascist organization used against the American people. Return the Coast Guard to the Navy, and then abolish the entire DHS. It needs to go. It cannot be redeemed at all.

Dems had so many chances to absolish ICE but never did. the dems are constantly holding the ring at the edge of mount doom and then refusing to throw it in.

Demilitarize the INS.

Homeland security is just a scam to send our tax dollars to rethug's gunmakers and private prison companies. The more tax dollars they get the more they can donate to vermin like tRump. It's a hate machine funded by our hard-earned money.

They need to be arrested. Immunity does not extend to cabinet members, appointees, employees, members of congress, or the senate. This is insane. The regime must be stopped. That goes for everyone in a position to stop them but who instead offers “aid and comfort”.

Consistent messaging on this, and highlighting examples of their radical abuse, would be a winner for the Dem party. Alas…
