Old enough to remember Warner Communications. Old enough to remember Time Warner. Old enough to remember AOL Time Warner. Old enough to remember WarnerMedia (AT&T), Old enough to remember Warner Bros Discovery… the Ellison acquision sucks but let’s not pretend Warner is some old school indie

Yeah, I'm not HAPPY about it or anything but in the scheme of shit that's destroying our country, this ranks around the same level as the diarrhea lettuce

We all understand that Warner Brothers has always been a huge studio, Paramount is as well, and that is the problem. Both of those studios were already huge, they should have already been broken up, instead they are combining to become even bigger and limit competition even more.

My take at the time: one reason AOL Time Warner failed is because Time and Warner hated AOL more than they hated each other.

Old enough to remember Dot and the Warner brothers Yakko and Wakko!

And Warner Communications was spun out from a holding company with roots in National Cleaning Contractors, Inc (established 1886). "Warner" has been a financial instrument managing IP for my entire lifetime.
