Quick question. What stops the blue states from drawing maps to benefit their political candidates? Now, they don't have to do elections. New Jersey, Maryland, California, New York, ... just redraw your maps to turn all blue. CA can get more than 5 seats. Virginia doesn't need to listen to courts.
