In my head I've been calling them flutters

I've switched to calling them posts since I learned it is also a sexual term 🤷‍♀️

It's just hard cause like birds tweet, twitter's logo was a bird, so it made so much sense. When it "became" "x" they wanted to call them "xeets" like how bout fuckin no dawg? Too contrived. But what do butterflies do? Flap? Like they don't make sounds so there's not an easy word that makes sense 😕

Yep they are skeets. It started as a bit of a laugh but some people got so unnecessarily triggered by it that now we have to stick with it. We can't use tweets as that's disrespectful to the dead. I tried to get bleets to take off but no one was having it.
