it’s incredibly likely alex jones knew this would be the result but did this to kick up own fundraising from his delusional fans and to cause a witch hunt against the people involved with a very normal auction

NEW: The court-appointed trustee overseeing the sale of Infowars just responded to the emergency motion to disqualify The Onion's bid, calling it "a disappointed bidder’s improper attempt to influence an otherwise fair and open auction process."

This isn't a result. Jones's complaint is that the trustee ran the action unfairly, and this is the trustee's response. The judge still has to decide. You're not really wrong; the judge should rule that the trustee is correct, and Jones probably anticipates that. But we don't have a result yet.

I found out via Knowledge Fight that hypothetically even if they had a higher bid, the auction company doesn’t have to accept a bid, especially from a puppet company that Alex is using to buy Info Wars back for himself. He’s been transparent about this. Calling them “the good guys” working for him.

I think the phone call he made to Bannon on air is going to play a lot more into this court filing than he would like. Something to the effect of "hey Alex what the f*** is the story I thought Roger..."

I would like it if the first episode of the new infowars was headlined "ALEX JONES TO RECEIVE SIMMARY EXECUTION" involving one of those speculative animations they do for science modelling.

Alex is incredibly inept, everything he does is either dictated to him or he does by the seat of his pants. He’ll say a million things and whatever sticks is what he’ll say was a vision from God and conveniently ignore the 99 percent of bullshit he vomits up
