A Lie can travel around the World before the Truth can get out of bed and put its pants on. Republicans are doing the same - committing illegal and unconstitutional acts, knowing the judiciary moves exceedingly slow, But Trump will ignore the judiciary and has begun to do so.

Is there a Republican lieft in Congress that understands Democracy and how it works with Majority Rule? Do any of them even know how they got into office? In 67yrs I've never seen a Congress so clueless as this one.

How they got into office: 1. Right took over AM radio, in rural areas often the only option. 2. Right took over rural print news to reinforce radio messages. 3. Right took over rural TV news. 4. Right started online publication and gained mass audience of like-minded. 5. Voters voted Tea Party.

Yep. I always thought the entire "Left Wing Media" thing was laughable, there is no Left Wing Media, never has been. Half everyone on MSNBC is or was a Republican and everything else is Reigh or Center Reich. Even CNN has took a turn to lying and is why several have left there.

“ Return power to the states” , another lie !!!! Ladies and Gentlemen, I have a nomination for “post of the night “ !!! Bravo, I salute you sir 👏🏽👏🏿👏🏾👏🏼👏🏻👍🏾 ( Criminal behavior from a criminal categories)

MAGA - in Congress, in the White House and federal government, and in the country t large - is a fascist movement that has no interest in living in any rule of law nation unless they make all then rules

Seeing how I have 100% control over the vehicles that park in my employees parking lot, only electric vehicle will be allowed to park inside the parking lot. Don't like it, I don't give a fuck. And nobody will change that policy. It's private property and no fossil fueled vehicles are allowed!

Oh boy....someone needs to keep up with E ERY illegal and immoral thing these Republicans are doing. Every little line item in that bill too. And BROADCAST it all over the world. Daily. Maybe the far right will realize what they actually got for selling their soul.

Man I just cant wait until democrats are back in charge and they better nit be planning on playing fair anymore, they need to start doing alot of the things republicans have no problems with doing and just let them get mad and talk or take them to court

I think 'expect a legal fight' should be the given with this admin. They are like bears in a campground: they won't stop till we stop them. Public outcry and legal fights are the most effective weapons so far.

This is just more Republican and conservative lawlessness. Democrats are held strictly to the letter or spirit of the law, whichever causes the most trouble for conservatives. Republicans just do it, and dare you to sue them, then claim you're acting unconstitutionally when you file. Bunch of liars.

wait, what, the senate can overrule the parliamentarian? Didn't the dems swear up and down circa 2021-2022 that the a parliamentarian was an unstoppable, indefatigable force of nature? They couldn't possibly deliver on their policy goals, because the parliamentarian said no, ah shucks?

So...while TFFG & his toadies ignore writs of Habeas Corpus and courts demanding due process... California can ignore mouth noises and continue to enforce state vehicle standards. If you can't sell or license a dirty car, Federal rules are irrelevant.

I say California should simply keep all its money to itself, don't contribute whatsoever in any way to the rest of the US. Act as though they're seceded outright. See how long this push against California lasts without them carrying the rest of the US on its back with its income.

So environmental standards are based on race? Are all decisions race based? Not political, financial, or scientific data? In this case my money would be politically motivated as the main driver.

Regardless of what I think of 'EV mandates,' never mind 'banning gas cars' etc, this is of course more destruction of the Constitution and state-capture by the far-right and oligarchs. (On the EVs, I say horses for courses. They practically sell themselves now for whom they work well.)

It will be overturned by a court with the Judge telling the MAGAT Senators they are psychos to even attempt this. But we all knew this... They are willing to give up their political lives and any life they ever had for a orange criminal that destroyed their own party...

Then they don't pass any law...There will always be Judges and courts, even the MAGA know that....The MAGA know the real danger in this, it won't happen and the worst of them Mitch McConnell and Thune will tell them so! McConnell owes the country....T

The last time this happened, MAGATs were out of our government for 40 years, this time, the party will die and they will have to start from scratch because they laid down their lives for a fucking orange criminal....Even their grandchildren will never be elected!

gonna be an easy win unless the judges are corrupt. it is pretty clear that federal vehicle inspections need to be signed off in order to cross state borders but within the state the state vehicle regulations are separate and at the states discretion including emissions regulations

yes, it can however one needs permission to do so and be based on some mistake or clearly bad faith verdict. it is also often rejected once appealed since in the legal world you can gain a bad reputation for going against another judges verdicts so the first verdict tends to hold more weight

A legal fight from CA maybe. The courts don't like messing with congressional rules. If it gets to SCOTUS. It won't go over well. That's why the first thing we must do is to up SCOTUS to 13 to 15 members. 15 is average on high courts. We can't do anything with those people dominating the. Court.
