“Saw something like this in the ‘89 World Series”

BANE (listening to MICHAELS): That's a lovely, lovely voice

Has the AI (A.I. get it, he is a robot he is A.I.) Michaels joke been made??? If not here it is - AL MICHAELS, MORE LIKE AI MICHAELS AMIRITE???

He was pretty excited about the 2 intentional grounding calls being more than Love had had all season

The greatest part of this call is at 5:35 in this longer video someone recorded off C-Band satellite… “I don’t know if we’re on the air or not, and I’m not sure I care at the moment, but we are”

I've been doing 31 of these, and this is the most simultaneous deaths at once. Simultaneously.

"There's a lot of interested observers who are going to be very UNDER-standing about what this may do to the points total."

(The touchdown run in Last Boy Scout when he shoots the defender) would you look at that.

On my fingers and sometimes my toes, Al.

So old and senile. Please send Al to pasture.

Can’t be mad at a guy who will never live up to himself from 1980.

Kirk: “well he’s had exceptional speed, all the guys at Georgia talked about it and you see it here as he cuts past the falling earth and accelerates into the endzone. great start for Gotham”

I do love how much Al Michaels audibly detests Kirk Herbstreit. Al is just like us

El oh fucking el dude🫥

It’s a shame Al Michaels didn’t live long enough to see Al Michaels doing games on a streaming service.

Perfect tweet

this is joining "things of that nature", "JOE BUCK: Welcome to the top of the 47th inning", "He's the oldest player in the league" in the pantheon of absurdist sports tweets

You have to wonder how the collapsed field is going to affect the second half point spread
