2/2 Musk created them (monopoly) and used them. The fact that innocent people are dying because of this does not stop Musk. On the contrary, for him it is an "advertisement" for his "indispensable" services. Everything is very predictable.

1/2 We did not give them the power. American state did not authorize either. This is private business that occupies a monopoly position. In such cases, it may be worth establishing state restrictions, but it's precisely because of these restrictions, for example, that EU don't have own monopolies.

That's just plain fraud, especially when it comes to 'paying subscribers' of X who believe they will be getting 'premium' visibility but then get censorship instead. He deliberately BLOCKED ALL our DOE lawsuit (& other) posts for over 2-1/2 years! Easy to prove this! That caused us tremendous financial harm, since no one could learn of it (including the press) & so prevented public exposure & 'quick settlement' of this 'massive' government fraud scandal!
