RFK: "There's five hundred million Arabs in the world. And yet they don't produce science. They don't win the Nobel Prize. They don't win the Fields Prize. They don't win the Wolf Prize. They don't produce literature."

Racist, yes, but FFS... they do all of those things. They invented algorithms. Math? What is wrong with brainworm guy... is he headed down the lane after papa dementia?

There's nothing like getting up in front of the world and sounding like an idiot. This administration and it's cult following seem to be nailing it on the regular. Leaving all kinds of receipts.

Even after everything I’ve seen of him so far, he somehow *continues* to surprise me with both how incredibly stupid he is *and* how incredibly evil he is. Utterly baffling.

I won’t say “how could someone finish college and still be this stupid” because obviously he nepo/bribed his way to a degree… but, like, how could someone even *exist in the USA for decades* and still be this stupid?

Many on BlueSky have pointed out how wrong & ignorant RFK Jr. is here with his racist/bigoted rant against the Arab people - who HAVE WON Nobel/Fields/Wolf prizes - but WHERE'S the news headlines today pointing out just how wrong & ignorant & embarrassing to the U.S. racist/bigot RFK Jr. is? #MIsen

Literally every single one of these claims is also demonstrably false. He should be ridiculed for his ignorance and lack of self-awareness in addition to being shunned for his bigotry.

And obviously, the man has never read *any* history of medicine or science.... Algebra, Alchemy (precursor to chemistry), astronomy. What a maroon, to quote Bugs Bunny.

“they were always like this” yes they were but they didn’t feel like they could say it out loud at a campaign rally and it was better when they didn’t feel like they could do this

It was not that long ago when a red or blue presidential official saying this proudly in public would have been a career ending scandal, potentially administration-defining Now we get 3 to 8 Watergates a week and nothing ever goddamn happens, media doesn't give one tan suit about it.

I mean they didn't get a majority in 2016 and barely squeezed above a plurality in 2024; and opinions on them drop further whenever they open their mouths. These things are still not winning moves!

RIGHT? Like, them feeling like they had to hide it WAS BETTER. We can’t change what’s in their hearts and minds but we CAN make them worry about sharing it out loud!

I've seen people claim that it's better to have them doing it out loud because then they aren't doing it in secret... But like, their "secret" was heavily infiltrated. The important thing is it was obscure, which limited how many kids grew up with it leaking into their worldview.

Yeah, I hate how "sunlight is the best disinfectant" got twisted into the idea that there can be no consequence ever for being a giant piece of shit in public. Way too many people got way too comfortable being openly shitty because of the idea that it's somehow better for us to know than not.

They have been like this forever but also the media was actually doing something to punish them before instead of allowing this to be broadcast 24/7.

Gawd dammit, ^this^. Intercontinental ballistic nuclear ^this^. Flip the adults' table at muthafuckin Thanksgiving when unc goes full racist ^this^. Make shame hurt again.
