What “invasion”? Wasn’t Trump the “anti-war president” too? I mean I know words mean absolutely nothing to these people & it’s painfully obvious that Miller is pulling the strings, while President Grandpa’s brain turns into soup. You should hate him, but I’d also worry if Miller is saying this too

Any other time in American history, a member of the administration suggesting this would have led to that individual being fired. Immediately. Now it is just Friday. The US is sleepwalking into dictatorship. Where is Congress? Where is the resistance?

Miller's congenital pleasure in Nazi-Fascist politics is sick indeed. An outward projection of xenophobia points to Self-Loathing. This--aside from being Trump's RASPUTIN. Take the "Ras" out of Rasputin, and you get PUTIN. Hence, Trump's "Putinism".

When I think of invasion, I think of an army moving in…. As what happened on January 6th, or what Russia did with Crimea/Ukraine. I don’t think of unarmed people. But we, the USA, have NEVER BEEN INVADED! No army has swept across our borders. So STOP LYING!

it's interesting seeing them try this immediately after the courts denied them the use of the Alien Enemies Act on the same grounds, unequivocally saying 'the US is not under invasion.' Miller is possibly the most evil member of the cabinet, but he ain't smart.

While I 100% completely agree with you, in the constitution it is referred to as a privilege (Article I, Section 9, Clause 2). However I think it is also important to note that he was wrong about literally everything he said in this video.

If you suspend habeas corpus, which is for all intent due process, how do you prove people are here illegally? No single American is guaranteed due process if this happens. This goes farther than immigration. Could someone explain this to me?

He is not an attorney. He should not be speaking about suspending habeas corpus one way or the other. I doubt he fully understands it. "Stephen Miller, a senior advisor in the Trump administration, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in 2007"

Immigration is not invasion. The presence of non-white people is not an invasion. Making the legal immigration process profoundly onerous, difficult, slow, and harmful for the people in it, thus ensuring that people flee here without that process, does not make their flight invasion.

This was their campaign rhetoric but danger is how they'd try to push to some kind of official/legal capacity. The use of the Alien & Sedition Act failed in court to make their human trafficking adjudicated as legitimate deportation. This is pretty much the same and hopefully gets same judgment.

Who are we being invaded by Steve? WHO? And WHERE? I ran errands all over my SW Michigan community this morning & I saw NO evidence of an invasion. I’m aware that perhaps brown kids attending your high school upset you, but even if they bullied you or something-it’s still not an invasion. 🥴

Now Jan 6 was an invasion except the invaders still had their due process constitutional rights. Those invaders were out for blood🩸and ready to kill people. They still had due process as opposed to being kidnapped and sent to other countries.
