I had the mumps as a child. My mother was 6 months pregnant and had a miscarriage. We lost my beautiful baby brother. When the polio vaccine came out it was a miracle. My parents took me to get the vaccine in a sugar cube. I had a friend who had polio. She got it before the vaccine. Very sad.

I had chicken pox in my early thirties, it was not pleasant. Don’t think everyone has had chicken pox, I can attest it’s a problem for adults. A year later the vaccine came out.

The article states they plan to split up the MMR and V(Varicella) in babies and toddlers, to lessen scientifically studied and known higher risk of febrile seizures. Some babies now receive the MMRV. They are still recommending ALL established vaccines to be given. This isn't an anti-vax stance

Some clarity is needed: kids will still be able to get all their vaccines, including the MMR and varicella (chickenpox). It’s just that a combo shot that added varicella to the MMR is not allowed until age 4. Your kids can still get their shots! It’s OK.

If I were in charge of an educated and non-fascist country concerned about their citizens safety, I would ban Americans entry without proof of vaccination(this was done with COVID). Also, I would designate the US as a travel safety risk; especially the red states(this includes Florida and Disney).
