Bryan Johnson, the technologist-cum-multimillionaire-cum-biohacker, has become well-known for his quest to become immortal. Kate Tolo, his girlfriend, is pursuing similar goals, all for women’s health.

First of all, any woman who calls herself a secondary clone of a man has serious mental health (self-esteem and inferiority complex) symptoms. This is not a woman with healthy self-love going on. Secondly, he's experimenting on her for his ego, and she's brainwashed into his cult of worshipping him.

(cont) Their entire relationship is one big FDIA (Factitious disorder imposed on another - look it up) red flag. He isn't causing her symptoms, but he's exacerbating her long-term ill-health and she's so dippy-do brainwashed by him because of her inferiority complex, she's going to march right along

(cont) side him, potentially to her death. Third, her claim she's doing it for other women is nothing more than her narcissism seeking validation and kudos, because she doesn't want to be unseen/unknown as her boyfriend's experiments on her, as typically is the case in a medical trial. She's vain,

(cont) self-serving, and a model of mental unwellness. Yet, she's gaslighting other women to get them to follow along with her....I assume for some grifting intention. Just sick, all of it.

Any woman with her wealth could fund decent clinical trials and work with clinicians who serve marginalised women. Instead Kate is spends her time on social media while her older boyfriend indulges his vaginal ultrasound medplay fetish to scam her followers. Gross.

Tolo has struggled for most of her life with suspected endometriosis—although she refused to undergo the invasive surgical procedure required to diagnose it. When she shared her story with her boyfriend, Johnson became obsessed with finding a cure.

So far the couple claim they have diagnosed Tolo with endometriosis over the course of 42 days using noninvasive methods, such as a saliva and blood test and an endo-specific ultrasound. Their next step is creating an organoid using cells from Tolo’s menstrual blood.

Endometriosis has historically been extremely difficult to diagnose. While physicians can make a clinical diagnosis based on patient self-reporting and ultrasound imaging, the “gold standard” for diagnosis is still laparoscopy—a surgical intervention.

You read it right. For the record, everything I know about this freak is against my will. bsky.app/profile/jeno...

I also assumed that had to be an intentional pun. My first thought was “I know he measures his son’s erections and his girlfriend’s fluids so I guess it tracks he’s collecting semen as well.”

Who is the editor? Like her biohacking boyfriend, Tolo is undergoing a grueling regimen of tests—from tracking nighttime erections to subjecting herself to extreme heat on her period—in service of “half the population.” She has nighttime erections? becuase that's how English works.
