I’m going to dissent with the prevailing view here: this particular question calls for the kind of meaningless platitudes that AI is perfect for.

A few years ago I took a deeper look at regulation in the context of Brexit and Northern Ireland. It turns out that everyone wants individual regulation even while complaining about the cumulative impact. Different bureaucratic structures won't do that. crossborder.ie/newsite/wp-c...

Europe has a (really) long way to go before it can escape reliance on America in space • The EU's biggest gap lies in satellite internet, where SpaceX has helped America to rocket ahead • Emergence of other US firms, like Amazon's Leo, could widen America’s lead www.economist.com/europe/2026/...

Les effets financiers de la réunification ont pesé longtemps sur l’Allemagne… On oublie vite !

There is something about the Labour Party which makes them unable to understand that employment regulation is regulation, employment bureaucracy is bureaucracy, and outside a few regulated industries, "business" experience of "red tape" is almost entirely what they call "improving worker's rights"

Jim Waterson@jim.londoncentric.media

As someone who runs a small business and for some reason pays my taxes…. Today’s “red tape” cut to company paperwork makes no real difference to me or my ability/desire to expand. As someone who investigates small business high street tax evasion… great news for candy stores and scam dropshippers!

Absent a failed auction/ proper panic, France’s debt service costs rise only slowly. Bond mkt pressure is chronic rather than acute, so competes with other chronic pressures (and likely trumped by those that become acute first).
