Voters who Googled how to donate to Talarico got an AI answer that led them to give to a different senator. A network of fake news websites seeded messaging about state & local candidates that AI answers picked up on. My story on how the AI midterms are going: www.theatlantic.com/technology/2...

worth also noting that both the murders of Renee Good and Alex Pretti happened in her district, and on top of the obviously racist targeting of her personally this is also an attempt to deny the people of Minneapolis their democratically elected representative
The federal investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar aims to build a case to strip her of her U.S. citizenship and ultimately deport her, according to U.S. officials and others familiar with the probe on.wsj.com/4zBOcZ9

Carly Rae Jepsen is great in part because her songs are horny in ways that most musicians can't capture all of. Cheerfully horny. Wistfully horny. Hornnui. She has the horny range.
The past couple years have helped me understand the compulsion to download and store things, to buy hard copies, to organize things for our own reference. Archives are rarely profitable. Credibility has been deprecated in favor of speed. We only value trusted sources when we don’t have them.

I wrote about a group of Black dads who are building community by meeting up for yoga, and a instructor who randomly drives up to people on the street for on the spot yoga sessions
