I'm pretty sure Pluto altered the programming on its #StarTrek TOS channel to pay tribute to Walter Koenig. They usually show all three seasons in order but today they showed Spectre of the Gun, Who Mourns for Adonais?, and Mirror Mirror--all pretty good Chekov episodes. Thanks Pluto!

My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

RIP, Walter Koenig.

I don’t want to believe it but there it is on his Facebook page. Eric Bauza kept Bugs, Daffy & so many other Loony Tunes characters alive. The Lord’s work really. The best thing a person could do. This is a devastating loss. My heart goes out to Bauza’s family and his many friends.
