Sir you should definitely debate Ossoff in front of a national TV audience. Two hours, no breaks. You would totally win that one

MeidasTouch@meidastouch.com

Trump says Jon Ossoff is terrible and reminds him of “Pinky Herman” “Did you ever see Pinky Herman?”

Some good news today!

Judge Lewis Kaplan has just ordered $5 mil plus post judgment interest disbursed to E Jean Carroll’s lawyers (out of the money Trump paid into the court’s fund to guarantee satisfaction of the judgment.)

And then President Trump is going to beat up Iran's dad in front of the whole school and then President Trump is going to take us all out for McDonalds and then President Trump is finally going to tell me that he loves me and then

Lindsey Graham: "I spent 4.5 hours with President Trump. Here's what I think will happen. If this deal fails, he's gonna take the Strait of Hormuz over by force. We'll charge a fee for all those who go through to pay for the operation... if Iran contests control of the strait we'll obliterate them"

They are going to shove "transgender" into every conversation, every speech, everything now because terrifying the rubes about trans people is all they have to run on.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

DEVINE: What do you say to people who claim Netanyahu tricked you into going into Iran? TRUMP: They're the enemy. They're dumocrats. They want transgender mutilization of our children. He tricked me? I'm the one that started it. I'll tell you what- if there wasn't me, there'd be no Israel right now

What's awesome is that she thinks this is awesome - it's not an annoyance to her but a benefit to her work.

A good copy editor is worth their weight in gold. Mine is the freaking best. I just wrote something that is incredibly well known in my field and got back: "Got a source for this?" I do... but boy is it superb to be held to account every single time. #copyeditorsareprobablygods #katyaespecially

My desire for a great blue wave is at tension with my hatred of texts soliciting a donation (and I realize this is only going to get worse). It's a good thing, I guess, that my hatred for what our government has become knows no bounds. But the texts do not endear me to those sending!

Yes, I know, I'm going to have to do the things on my phone to limit the texts. I know that is possible; perhaps today is the day I finally go figure it out.

You won’t find cleaner waters than the Boundary Waters. Think endless streams of water filled with bass, walleye, trout and northern pike – total wilderness, only accessible by canoe. Why would we let a Chilean mining company pollute these public lands, take our minerals and ship them off to China?

Everything going on is just so damn shitty. Nice to have a reminder of amazing beauty, even if the appreciation lasts just a moment.

I keep seeing the "41 minutes" and have the haunting Springsteen song American Skin (41 Shots) playing in my head now. Two different stories, linked together by their inhumanity - the taking of life in cruel, extrajudicial manner.

At London’s Savoy Hotel, Monet painted dozens of canvases at once, sprinting between them as fog and light shifted over the Thames. A witness said: “He ran from one canvas to another, in a frenzy, trying to capture the fugitive effects of light before they vanished.”
