Social media made us forget: Informed, respectful feedback matters. Everything else is gossip: be it praise or hate, it adds little to no value to the work. It targets our ego. The trick is to not read reviews—good or bad. Focus on the work. That is the signal. Everything else is noise.

Disagree that the evidence is mixed. I looked closely at the evidence in 2025 before shelling out the thousands it would cost for a full protocol. Trials designed, funded and performed by HBOT clinics showed improvements. Trials designed, funded and performed by third parties did not.

@wired.com's premise is: BRT: "This cures Long COVID" Science: "Prove it" BRT: "Can't. Researchers are too afraid of the backlash" So… you're saying you've cured cancer, but because scientists are skeptical you're NOT going to organized a bullet-proof double-blind randomized control trial? 🤔🙄
