Bolsonaro's loss is not just a loss for Bolsonaro. It's a loss for Trump. For Musk. For Milei. For Netanyahu. For Farage. For Meta and Zuckerberg. For the meat barons, the fossil fuel corporations, and the rest of the neocolonial looters. And it is a massive win for humanity and the living planet.

In 1975 the UN voted that Zionism was Racism. The USA didn't even try to veto it. 50 years ago the whole world agreed Zionism was racism. And it is much worse now.

Churchill specifically wanted ‘corkscrew’ thinkers. He believed that the Germans were too conventional, conservative. Too ‘straight’ Geoffrey Pyke. Prolific inventor. Very beardy and weird Turing. Code breaker. Gay. Dudley Clarke. Invented SAS. Bonkers. Cross dresser

If people don't want to pay tax to make this country function and help out the rest of society and particularly those who need help most... then maybe they should move to Dubai and stop bleating about it. Really sick to death of it.

Mark Zuckerberg is trying to fix the Brazilian election in 8 days. He has suspended the accounts of President Lula on Instagram and Facebook. These criminals need to be in jail.

Already signed, so sharing again. Ffs. Britain is in Europe. It is madness that UK is left struggling, isolated from our friends and neighbours during this dangerous time in the world. Stronger together. Rejoin EU. Please read and share.

Blue’s certainly the right colour. I had an enjoyable chat with David McCallum a decade ago - or at least until the conversation turned to politics and he emerged as a Trump lover who thought the UK Tories were “too left wing”!

A blue plaque has been unveiled at the Glasgow birthplace of Scottish actor David McCallum, star of NCIS and The Man from U.N.C.L.E., following a student-led research project www.heraldscotland.com/news...

The incredibly right Joe Lycett is still the only good guest to go on Laura Kuenssberg's show. He nearly got her fired, and she hates being reminded of it, so don't RT. #bbclaurak

It is the problem with England based journalism, they talk UK when they mean England. It is easy to distinguish but they don’t for whatever reason (🤨) I caught this recently on a discussion about Bus Passes, rambling on about over 65 (England), Scotland it’s over 60 and up to 22yo for young people.

We loved this so much we just had to put English subtitles on it, apologies to the French speakers for our translation. But this is what it would look like here in the UK if Farage or Lowe or another of their ilk got their own way.

The coincidence of such a large percentage of 'protect women & girls' far right rioters having at least one conviction for domestic violence, and Reform UK leaders finding the vicious assault of a woman at Reform UK conference funny is no accident ... meme via Samantha Burch

Turns out that if you are an old lady with a banner supporting Palestine, the government arrests you on charges of terrorism. If you are a masked white male thug bringing a national port to a standstill, the government does absolutely nothing, and the media covers it like some lads on a day out.

Something few have picked up from Channel 4 News’s undercover report on foreign funding for Reform: the contempt James Orr, Reform’s head of policy, shows for the Electoral Commission’s control over dodgy political funding. It’s ‘completely useless’, he says. Attributed to John Simpson.

Who would ever have thought that the BBC’s political editor would put out a single source claim that was both false and also great propaganda for Reform…

Evil wears a suit, it sits behind a desk and decides that million or billions of people need to suffer and die, and the entire planet needs to be destroyed so they can have more outrageous profits they haven't earned and don't need.

The number of asylum seekers being housed in hotels is down by 50%. And the backlog of people who have claimed asylum is down from 175,000 to 40,000, the lowest since 2019. But we mustn’t let facts get in the way of spreading fear and hatred and coming up with crackpot policies.
