Luis Sandoval is the 60th person to die in ICE custody. From Folkston ICE Facility to El Valle Detention Center, ICE detention is deadly.

Luis Sandoval, a 48-year-old from El Salvador, died on Friday at the Folkston ICE facility, owned by the notorious GEO Group. The detention center is already facing scrutiny over poor conditions.
