The real reason ICE uses face covering when operating is not to protect their wives and children from the reaction of mobs. It is to protect the agents from the reactions of their wives and children.

UPDATE: The ACLU of NY has responded to this unreal admission — noting the "far-reaching" implications, "including a possible motion for reconsideration of" Judge Castel's September 2025 decision in the case. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

According to documents filed this morning by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of NY, ICE has been lying for a year — not only to the public, but to the courts and to prosecutors — about being authorized to make arrests at 26 Federal Plaza and other immigration courts. (1/2)

I may not have listed all the various ways the One Big So-Called Beautiful Bill would lead to corruption, but I feel like my general concerns (back in June 2025) that it would lead to corruption have been borne out so far.

WHOA. Lewandowski is accused of demanding fees from a private prison company to steer them ICE contracts, at a time when he was widely known to be running DHS on Kristi Noem's behalf, then punishing them when they didn't pay up. Congress should conduct a full and bipartisan investigation into this.

If we made the green energy transition this war would be unthinkable and these authoritarians wouldn’t be in power — not in the US, not in Iran, not in Saudi Arabia, not in Russia. Hydrocarbons are killing our freedom and just plain killing us.

The FBI files on the women who bit Trump point out a quirk. What she describes is probably just a state crime and not a Federal crime. The statute of limitations comes into play.

Trump plans to send $10 billion in funds that Congress hasn’t appropriated from the US Treasury to an organization that he will continue to chair personally even after he is out of office. This is looting.
