Obama’s Cheesecake Factory decor joke is going to continue to get far more play in the media, days after it happened, than RFK Jr being openly racist. Draw your own conclusions about the press based on that.

Young ‘uns: this stuff happened once a week during Obama’s presidency. Dijon mustard. Moving a bust of Churchill. Inviting a rapper to the White House. Putting his feet up on his desk. They’d scream and cry for days about how effete and snobby and Black he was and how misinderstood they were.

I do not think prison is the right outcome for Stephen Miller.

Jennifer Shin - WTAF@jennifershin.bsky.social

Miller deserves everything that's coming. He's afraid of state prosecutors because a presidential pardon only covers federal offenses; and beyond prison, there's also future congressional investigations and civil lawsuits. www.rawstory.com/rs-exclusive...

Lula is to my left. Magyar is to my right. And I don’t care in the slightest, because they are the candidates of democracy against autocracy.

I approve of the destruction of Nazi places. Sry not sry. It’s still historically significant: “in 2026, amid record popularity of the AfD, this place was reduced to slag”

Hitler's Eagles Nest (Kehlsteinhaus) deliberately destroyed today. Part of me likes history being preserved, but another part of me doesn't give a shit, it was a monument to one of history's most evil men. Thoughts?

This is a shoe store and I’m v much in the Office Space Michael Bolton why should I change but come on now

Okay that’s a good line. Kudos to the wrecker king.

OBAMA: He's got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory. It's gold everywhere.

It is unpopular on bsky to say so but I’m never going to be unsalty about his central role in the travesty of summer 2024. I also increasingly (and unfalsifiably, so ymmv) believe that had he not done what he did Biden, who was pearls before a lot of you swine, stood a decent shot of pulling it off.

Joseph R. Biden Jr. is the best President of my lifetime and the best man to hold the job since Jimmy Carter. You assholes.

it’s not the reason we moved to Finland for a time, but it sure is nice not to be spammed by actblue

It’s not just that GOP Senator Ron Johnson is aping Russian propaganda, which is quite bad on its own, but that he’s aping absurd Russian propaganda that falls apart under the slightest scrutiny, all to justify blatantly illegal aggression and mass killing, against a democratic US partner no less.

Whoof. What a relief.

Anthony Michael Kreis@anthonymkreis.bsky.social

The White House official accounts are posting Down Syndrome slurs to attack journalists. These people are disgusting and morally depraved.

With all respect for and deference to a fine United States Senator from my home state, I disagree. RFK Jr. should meet the fate child murderers meet because that is what he is, motivated by malice and hatred for their health.

RFK Jr. should be fired immediately.

The deals themselves are probably worth some hearings involving the firms themselves.

Netanyahu is a genocidal war criminal who belongs in the Hague, but Jews were not considered ethnic Poles based on the Polish government, and Polish Jewish last names were forced on families against their will. This kind of conspiratorial rhetoric about Jews faking their identity is gross.

Ossoff is on fire, and it’s great to see after years of obnoxious waffling and triangulating from Democrats.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Ossoff: "At last week's debate, he couldn't even bring himself to say he's stop the production of neo-Nazi propaganda from his own house. Did you see that? I told Mike we could shake on it. All he had to stop neo-Nazi propaganda from his house for 3 weeks. He refused! ... a crumbling little bigot"

In the after times, at a minimum, those tech gazillionaires, that handful of nameable individuals, that stood behind Trump at his inauguration should face the total loss of their money, power, and position.

Ruttopuisto. Plague park. Its real name, Vanha Kirkkopuisto, or old church park, is mostly unused. It is so named because in the space of four months in 1710 a plague that affected the entire Baltic region took out 2/3 of Helsinki, of which 1185 are buried here. It’s more park than graveyard in vibe

These are all bribes and should be punished in the after times as such
