I had a farm behind my house a while ago... peppers, lettuce, etc. Watching those workers drop trou in the field because there wasn't a convenient portapotty (and no way to wash their hands), and all the stuff sprayed on them, is why I don't eat produce that isn't easily *scrubbed* with a *brush*.
