If you need some catharsis today, I talked to Bruce Straley about generative AI in gaming: "I don’t know who wants it, I don’t know who’s asking for it, I don’t know who’s pushing for it, but I don’t think it’s the way as a human species we need to be evolving.” www.polygon.com/bruce-strale...

RIP Billy. This hurts so much even though I never met him. Game Chasers was ahead of its time and still one of the best shows online. I'll miss watching Billy so much. Thinking of all of Billy's friends and family.

One man's life is worth so much more than a retrospective Blue Sky "tweet". But I want to say something. More details coming on Saturday by those who were closest to this situation. I will absolutely miss you @thegamechasers and you won't be forgotten!

I can’t think of any other time in modern video-game history that a game as highly anticipated as Silksong has arrived with no early reviews, impressions, leaks, guides, videos, or even forum teases. Soon, everyone will be playing Silksong for the first time. It’s unprecedented and kinda beautiful

I'm not sure the best way to do the mapping as that's a bit clunky feeling so far. Guess I'll just need to get used to it as i can't imagine using a stylus while lying down with the switch 2.

I finally tried the Mina the Hollowed demo tonight and it was absolutely amazing! It's a reminder of everything I love about games and a pinch of everything that got me into them in the first place as a child.

Don't let a motherfucker steal your joy. Watch cartoons, build LEGO kits, get your friends together and play board games, coo at your pets and call them your precious stinky babies, blow off dandelion fluff, whatever sparks joy. Cringe is dead, be free.
