Apple just lost me, a 20+ year Customer. They disabled my account for “security reasons“, I can’t sign out of the account, I can’t update anything on my phone, it is effectively a brick. They tell me yes it’s my phone, no I’ve done nothing wrong, and they cannot describe the security reason. 1/2
