Particularly after Trump's repeated destructive messes in DC (East Wing, Reflecting Pool), Dems should be able to make a campaign issue out of "fixing our infrastructure)." Not fancy new projects. But a nationwide effort to repair and replace infra of all kinds. Benefits: visible, improves lives.

Parked but not idle: The buses “will charge up their nearly 200-kilowatt-hour batteries overnight, when the power supply is at its cleanest & cheapest, then send energy back to the grid from 4 pm to 7 pm on days when the grid is strained. The district will earn revenue for the power it shares…”

Trump is doing such a great job lowering costs, particularly the cost of gas, that my company just ("temporarily") raised our mileage reimbursement rate because gas prices are so high.

This iconic 1984 photo is often called one of the most terrifying space images ever. During STS-41-B on Space Shuttle Challenger, astronaut Bruce McCandless II became the first person to perform an untethered spacewalk. Image credit: NASA (Bruce McCandless II during STS-41-B)

Although Trump’s abhorrent political beliefs are ultimately more damaging to the nation, his reprehensible personality is more shocking to me on a personal level. I can’t fathom how anyone can support someone who is so obviously a terrible human being.

Pete Hegseth is clearly ill-equipped to handle the role of Secretary of Defense. His repeated failure to follow basic operational security procedures jeopardizes the safety and security of our armed forces. He should resign.

This is not normal. This government gets closer and closer every day to declaring war on its own people. This post is a clear and direct statement of intention to defy the Supreme Court and end rule of law in the United States.

This guy has family members. He has friends. He has neighbors. People may know him from church or softball or their kids’ hockey league or the corner store. I hope they all see this photo. I hope they all recognize him.

This picture may haunt me to the end of my days. It is an ICE agent taking an axe to the car window of an immigrant in New Bedford, MA. Not far from where I sit now. An immigrant with no criminal record was abducted by this smiling man. An axe taken to a car window and to our democracy. 1/ #MomSky

They won the election in 2024 because prices were too high. As political communicators, we don’t need to complicate this. Just hammer them for destroying the economy and raising prices on everyone. Repeat creatively and consistently through Eday next year.
