I have a time-based problem that has plagued me for a while and that is not knowing what to do with all of it. As a part-timer I currently have the luxury of four-day weekends, however by the third day I often find myself bored and lost. I *could* work an extra day instead but I'd hate doing that.

All of the points above are in constant competition with each other, with the order of priority also reorganising itself at will. Any one of them could become the absolute focus of my being at any time. I don't have any control over that, or at least I often feel like I don't. Existence is hard.

I should also point out at this juncture that my dilemma is entirely rhetorical. I'm not looking for suggestions or solutions, especially given that I know my brain will automatically reject anything that's put in front of me. That is an entirely different problem that I don't have time to unpack.

So the question is how do I fill that time up without: a) burning myself out on doing extra things b) ruining my hobbies by concentrating on them too much c) feeling "guilty" for wasting my own time d) losing that option to take time for myself instead of "doing" e) spending more money than I have?
