I become very very convinced that whatever thing happening right now is forever and I cannot do anything to change it. It’s baked into my fundamental perception and despite talking to like 5 therapists about it over the years it keeps coming back and surprising me.

Things that have helped, in various combinations over the years: - self love - healthy ambition - meditation/mindful practices - caffeine - prescription stimulants - being reminded that I am, in fact, capable of doing things - exercise
