I've already seen some effort to bury this as "there's not a lot new here." As if, "What's one more rape victim?" is sound editorial judgment. Republicans kept the Benghazi story going for years on nothing new, but that didn't stop to press from covering every nothing burger they served up.

Over the weekend, I toured flood damage across Navajo and Apache counties with local leaders. These communities need real help, federal funding, and leaders who deliver results.
