What horrors they have inflicted, indiscriminately, on a civilian population ...truly unforgivable

Israel has committed the 'crimes against humanity of extermination, torture [and] rape' in the West Bank and is continuing to commit genocide in Gaza, a major new UN report has concluded ⬇️ www.thenational.scot/news/2...

MI5 seem to be about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Of course, they are traditionally 'Conservative' by nature and maybe felt uncomfortable investigating their own

Odd that the Tories spent 47 years helping to build the EU, moulding it in their image, especially the SM... Only to turn on what was, at least partly, their own creation Even now, there is Tory corruption to be exposed. We'll add it to the Rouble bribes and criminal lawbreaking, shall we? #UKPol

Why are Sky and the BBC broadcasting the Reform party live as if its a party conference. The airtime being given to a party with a handful of MP’s is obscene. As Reform are plummeting in the polls the BBC & Sky are doing their best to halt the decline and re-energise Reform. Why?

What is the BBC's justification for maintaining this level of coverage of Reform now it has slipped into third place?

Alex Andreou@sturdyalex.bsky.social

BBC News just interrupted its coverage to go, live, to Nigel Farage - a man with no contitutional standing in our setup - responding to the budget - a document which nobody has seen yet. WHY

Historic comeback in Brazil! And perhaps, more importantly, the emergence of a new playbook for beating the far right: Challenge social media algorithms in the courts, reclaim the flag, call out extractivist fascism and fill the streets and the networks.

In one day, two politicians - Bolsonaro in Brazil and Vucic in Serbia - with ties to Trump have lost surprise elections thanks to high turnout. The rise of the international far-right is not inevitable.

Jenrick’s been on quite the journey from a one nation, Remain-voting Tory, through to frothing Brexiter and on to demanding that Royal Marines murder people at sea for daring to seek refuge here. All to impress the country’s racist losers and maybe get a few more votes. Christ he’s repulsive.

Robert Jenrick for Reform says that Royal Marines using "lethal force" on small boats could end it in days. "Deploy the Royal Marines into the Channel. If they need to use lethal force then they'll be able to do so. I think the problem would come to an end within a matter of days."
